At the heart of the LTG1000 mobile cone crusher, a member of the world famous GP family, is the GP11F. The robust design of the GP11F cone crusher enables high power levels and high productivity. The proven heavy duty design and use of high-quality components with optimised wear parts keep operating costs down. As with all GP cone crushers, the GP11F does not require the use of backing compound for liner fixing. This makes liner changes quick, easy and cost effective while giving you higher availability. The cone can be disassembled from above and all heavy components can be lifted upwards making maintenance and service of the crusher easy and safe. Several stroke options allow the GP11F to maintain maximum crushing efficiency in varying crushing applications. The choke feed arrangement is set by simply choosing the correct stroke for the cone crusher to achieve the most efficient crushing action.
